FOTCO Board gives go ahead for the construction of new Jetty (QP-2) at its existing Terminal, thereby increasing the existing oil handling capacity to 18 million tons per annum.
The highest annual throughput since commissioning was achieved during the year 2009-10. A total volume of 9.9 million tons was handled during this year.
A record number of ships in a month, was achieved on May 30th 2010 by handling a total of 18 ships.
Since commissioning of the Terminal, a milestone of berthing 1500 ships was achieved on April 23rd, 2010.
